Web 3 Getting Started: Every crew member will begin with a consultation and tour of the facility. Based on your previous fitness history and current goals, we will design and implement a workout program specifically for your needs

.

One on One Sessions: Sessions are 1 hour in length where the focus will be on: weight management, cardiovascular and muscular strength, flexibility, and balance. We accomplish this by using a combination of free weights, machines, indoor turf, TRX bands and a variety of other tools.

Buddy Sessions:  Bring a friend! Buddy sessions are also 1 hour in length and include all the specifics as a single one on one session. Some exercises may vary due to individual needs.

Large Group Sessions:  Phenom Fitness also has the option of on-site training sessions for larger groups.  Whether you are interested in a speed and agility workout for your sports team or a fitness session designed for you and your co-workers, contact us for details!
